Sustanability

Sustainability is at the heart of our business. We are dedicated to reducing our carbon footprint in our environment nothing is wasted during the entire process, we have a zero-waste policy, we produce a multitude of by-products which are reused, recycled and fully utilized, mud produced is used in fertility of land, molasses is used in making of ethanol, polyester, yarn, animal feeds and paint. And Baggas produced during the process is utilized in house as a fuel in the boiler and the steam generated from the heat of the boiler is used to generate the electricity through turbines and this steam is also utilized in house, hence minimising our impact on the environment.

At our sugar mill, we take pride in our commitment to sustainability. We work closely with local farmers to promote sustainable agricultural practices by providing them with modern technology and machinery which aids in reducing physical burden on the farmers, and assists them in working efficiently and safely, we also provide them with natural fertilisers and insecticides to protect the sugarcane from any kind of bacteria, and helping them retain natural goodness of sugarcane, free from chemicals and artificial flavours, making sure that sugarcane grown is healthy, as well as sustainable for the environment. We have 3741 farmers managing 31,619 acres of land. We believe in improving the quality of our work and our products. For this we have invested in modern machinery imported from different countries, we have imported HCTC China Turbines & turbo Alternators, controlling system, TSK China Refine Centrifugal machines, CMD Gear from Germany, Flanders Gear from Germany, Shredder Turbine Shinko from Japan, Mill House Turbine from Peter Brother England that has proven to enhance the efficiency and productivity over the years. which boosted the work quality ultimately improving quality of sugar.

We are committed to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for our farmers and our factory workers or labor. We invest in our farmers by providing them with the training and resources they need to be successful. We believe in treating our farmers fairly and providing them with a safe and supportive work environment. In order to ensure that our farmers are provided with the best possible conditions, we have invested in providing them with modern crop growing tools, auto mechanical sowing machines and the latest technology to reduce their physical load and make their work more efficient, hence reducing their manual labour. This helps us to form a good relationship with our farmers while also meeting the set criteria of labour standards, ensuring their overall health and well-being. We provide our factory workers with a safe and healthy work environment. We have implemented strict safety protocols to ensure that workers are provided with adequate personal protective equipment (PPE) and that the work areas are maintained at comfortable temperatures. Additionally, we have installed air conditioning stations in areas where temperatures are high, to ensure that our workers are not exposed to dangerous levels of heat. We also provide regular safety training sessions to our workers to ensure that they are aware of the safety measures in place and can take the necessary steps to protect themselves and their co-workers.
